The Art of Achievement

2 or 3 day workshop exploring the science of being an effective and efficient achiever

Taking a unique look at the art of getting things done and offers practical solutions and tools to help everyone from the thinkers to doers get the results they need. 

 

Managers and Leaders in all organisations have a fundamental role of ensuring that their teams, departments or business units are achieving productivity, service delivery and budgetary outcomes.

 

This workshop explores the the skills needed to build a game plan, understand yourself and others, think outside the box and practice effective communication. You will also discover what collaboration, cooperation and consultation really mean, and how to tough it out when things get rough.

Building a Game Plan

1/2 Day Workshop or online webinar learning how to make the most of opportunities and plan for success

This workshop looks at the key ingredients of building a game plan from stakeholder identification to exploring milestones and measuring success.

 

Those who are organised and focused  make better decisions about the best ways to achieve goals and can more effectively comminicate these to stakeholders, teams and backers. Learn how to identify and anticipate needs to avoid costly mistakes and achive your work more accurately and efficiently.

Understanding Yourself and Others

½ or 1 Day Workshop or online webinar learning about the things that make you tick and how to work effectively with others.

In order to lead and work with others we first need to know how to relate to all those people we interact with in the workplace. Humans come with a myriad of experiences expectations and inherent characteristics that affect the way they work and interact with others.

 

Learn to identify and function with different working and learning styles, build team cohesiveness and motivate those around you. Being effective in your job and loving what you do starts with knowing understanding diversity that organisations embrace.

Effective Communication

1 Day Workshop or online webinar learning and practicing the skills to plan create meanigful and productive relationships through  

Organisations or rather the people within them, have had to change the way they work as the nature of work has changed. Building successful relationships through effective communications is critical as companies and individuals depend on alliances with clients, customers and employees.

 

This workshop looks at how we communicate, the presence we create, our styles, flow, framing, using influence and your influence style. We also explore coaching techniques, giving meaningful feedback and tackling those difficult conversations before they become impassible issues.

Impactful Meetings

½ or 1 Day Workshop learning and practicing the skills and methods to plan run and create impactful meetings.

Most of our working lives are spent in meetings although we rarely leave meetings energised and feeling as though you have accomplished the goals.

 

The workshop focuses on planning, agenda development, the establishment of processes, time management, inviting the right people to the meeting, decision-making, team building and evaluation.

Thinking Outside the Square

1/2 Day Workshop exploring techniques to expand your thinking and be more innovative

Being a creative and innovative thinker is not just about coming up with the next big thing. In our daily working lives having an innovative outlook towards everyday problems can mean the difference between business as usual and finding new ways of doing things.

 

Most innovation and new ideas happen incrementally when we aim to look at what we do with different lenses. This workshop is aimed at setting you on the path to looking for solutions and breakthroughs in the most creative places.

1/2 Day Workshop learning the principals of understanding and capturing your key corporate knowledge.

As businesses grow the processes we use to carry out our essential functions become more complex and critical t delivering a great product of customer experience. Many SME’s find out too late that the vital information and knowledge to run their business is captured in a few employees heads.

 

This workshop is aimed at understanding your quality processes and building a continuous improvement approach into your everyday activities. Your employees will map out their processes and identify where gaps and resources need to be focused. The workshop has its roots in best practice quality management theory and is a good foundation for understanding operational risks.

Don’t stick your head in the sand, this is the perfect way to initiate and implement Risk Management in your business. Based on the international standard for Risk Management ISO31000, you will start by understanding the organisational context, identify key risks, prioritise them and begin to develop treatment plans.
