In March the Non Profit Director Network discussed the creation of culture from the top down. Culture is one of the emerging issues that all boards need to understand and address in the current climate; something that is often not fully understood by directors, especially in the non profit space. Our speaker for the evening was Michele Starr from Geneq. Michelle is a workplace culture and strategic change consultant with over 19 years’ experience designing and managing transformational change initiatives. Michelle’s extensive experience working with culture inside organisations has enabled her to understand deeper culture drivers and levers that are often overlooked in tick-the-box approaches to transformational change.
